Based on real world experience consulting, leading a function and sitting on an executive team, our consulting principles put our clients at the centre.

We're on your side. Your goals are our goals, your agenda is our agenda.  You are already surrounded by people who want you to adopt their goals, their perspective, their aspirations. We start by really understanding your goals, and our passion will go into helping you achieve them.  

Confront reality or reality will confront you. It sounds harsh but its true. You don't gain anything by working with people who shield you from tough messages.  Part of being on your side is telling you what you need to hear to achieve your goals. Our commitment is to do it with care and respect.

Less is more.  There's no such thing as 'best practice', there's only what works for you. Firms have wasted endless time and money implementing 'best practices' which they don't need and which invariably create complexity. We will help you figure out the bare minimum solution to get you the results you want.  If you hear us argue in favour of a solution because its 'best practice', we'll donate 10% of our project fees to the charity of your choice.
