What. We start with understanding the culture in your business today, what's working and what isn't, and how that compares with the culture you need to build to execute your strategy. We then work with you to highlight the strengths in the culture to keep, the gaps to close, and how to get there.

Talent Assessment

Why. No one knows your people's performance better than you. But knowing what your people are capable of and what new challenges they're ready to face - that's harder to predict. Our leadership assessments help you figure out who is capable of more. As a result, you get the right people into the right roles, at pace.

What. We start by working with you to define what behaviours, skills and drivers are needed to deliver results in your roles. We then use in depth interviews and psychometrics to figure out what your people are capable of. We feed back the results to you and to your people in 1:1 coaching sessions.

When. Leadership assessments add most value when:

  • You've acquired a company and need to find out if the team you've inherited is right to take the business forward
  • You're considering promotion for one of your talents, and want to check they're ready and set them up for success
